Re: [visad] Analysis of Patient medical Data

Hi Katende,

Have you looked at ImageJ+Bio-Formats, MIPAV or ITK (e.g., Slicer3)? These
tools are more targeted toward medical imaging. If you are looking to roll
your own medical visualization solution though, VisAD may be a good choice.
What sort of analysis do you need to do?
