Sorry to confuse you - all those times were the same (we're just all in different timezones right now) Okay, I've sent you an google invite for troubleshooting. The /awips2/data/serverlog might have some information. This is created when postgres tries to startup (like it does on install of the ncep and maps rpms), so it should exist even though you haven't started EDEX or CAVE yet. I should have confirmed but this is on centos7 still? Another thought is to make sure your system is up to date on other rpms (yum update all) I know we checked netdcdf and that looked to be okay, but maybe some other packages (such as hdf5 or others) may need to be updated as well (which would be taken care of in a yum update).
