Can you provide a few more details for us please: -What version of AWIPS are you running? -What OS are you running AWIPS on? The GOES Night Plume isn't a derived product, it is an RGB product combining 3 different single channels. These RGB products display on native hardware on Windows and Linux operating systems, however if you are running a Virtual Machine or MacOS these products are not able to display because it can't access the full graphics card.
