20031218: fill inbetween lines



Dusty,

Filled contours are created using "F" for filled contours
in the CTYPE parameter. CTYPE may be "C", "F", or "F/C".
See the "phelp ctype" for additional information on CTYPE,
and related FLINE and FINT.
