[Datastream #YGP-795011]: synop question



Gustavo,

The packing file for dclsfc ($GEMTBL/pack/lsfc.pack) 
stores Daily max and min (TDXC and TDNC). The WMO region III
reports only decode 12 hour max/min, so they are not written to the decoded 
file.
The section 333 is region specific.
