[GEMPAK #LEE-104128]: More questions about decoding ABOM ACCESS grids



Both the accumulated precip and dewpoint should be decoded correctly if you 
copy abomgrib228.tbl to wmogrib228.tbl (fine if you do this in a working 
directory and not $GEMTBL/grid/ )

decoded from IDY25200.group1.slv.2011012512.006.surface.grb:
