[GEMPAK #HMQ-416440]: Plotting CONUS rainfall data from the River Forecast Center with only that lat/lon points



And I think what we will end up doing is creating a station table for the 
lat/lon points so that the SF programs can read it, and then objective analysis 
on the point data if you wish to have a grid to display.  Let me know what 
format the data are in and how far along you've got on this and I'll help.
