Subject: vbns router rebooted this morning

This morning at about 9:00, our vBNS router stopped working. We
rebooted the router at about 9:30. NETS is investigating what went
wrong with the router. While the router was down, connectivity to the
vBNS was broken, and several machines that use vbnsr as a default
route lost some network connectivity. NETS is investigating the cause
of the problem.
