[IDV #SFZ-785772]: IDV - netCDF files

I am assuming you are trying to load in the flight tracks and not radar data?

It looks like you loaded the files from the Level-II Radar File Chooser and the 
IDV tried to open them up as radar files.

You should use the regular file chooser and select, under Data Type, Track 
files.
