[IDV #LAR-613754]: Problem with Topography Display on Globe Display

This is not using the stride of 100.  If I don't do any subsetting,
I get the same error - map or globe.  Make sure the subset
is enabled or do it at the data source level.

I think the error is because the total number of points exceeds
the limits of an int.  I'll talk to John.
