There are now timeStepDifference and timeStepSum formulas. Those formulas use a 
-1 offset, i.e., D(T) = D(T) +- D(T-1)

I just added this option to the colorshaded plan view. You can now set the 
display mode to be solid, mesh or points.

This is a bug. actually you couldn't even set the color table on the topography 
control.

Its fixed now.

We'll have a nightly build out by Monday with all of these changes.
