[IDV #CFO-475744]: plotting flow vectors from nc file

Great, I know you are a more advanced users.

I need to think about this when I back in office next week, changing to a solid 
color 
layout model is easy but I better check with Don first.

This should be the same as the vector plot. Could you double check?

I think this doesn't make sense to plot stream line in this kind of dataset.
