[IDV #PZG-934478]: xml

Greetings Amir,

I don't think the IDV will be able to read the xml file without building a 
custom reader within netCDF Java. For more information on how to approach 
writing a reader for netCDF Java (called an I/O Service Provider, or IOSP),
