[IDV #WVV-640804]: See error message.

Greetings Andy,

It looks like stratus.al.noaa.gov is no longer serving adde datasets. From what
I can tell (looking at what ports they have open), stratus.al.noaa.gov is now
a mail server. Have you tried accessing another adde server from the drop-
down box (for example, adde.ucar.edu)?
