Rick,
I have some concern that max value of 110 will cause some confusion, but
don't know any better solution.

> Create a Color-Filled Contour Plan View display of Relative Humidity (ex. GFS
> data). Any values of 100.0 will not be colored in, and will be 100%
> transparent. This can be seen with any color bar, regardless of if any
> transparencies are set in the color bars. The only way to get 100% values to
> color in is to adjust the Maximum Value field in the Contour Properties
> Editor.
>
> Ex:
> Contour interval: 10
> Max Value: 100
> - Values of 100 not colored in
>
> Contour interval: 10
> Max Value 110
> - Values of 100 are colored in
>
> Perhaps a fix for this would be adjusting the 'System Defaults' in the
> Parameter Defaults Editor to raise the 'Maximum Value' contour field for
> Relative Humidity, or finding out why a value that matches the Maximum Value
> field doesn't color in.
