[IDV #SJL-770384]: URGENT

Dear Kunal,

Here are instructions on displaying the contours (which is simply a
modification/extension of previous instructions on displaying your data):

Go to the Dashboard, Data Choosers tab
. Click on the General, Files node to the left
. Select your file
. Select a Data Source Type of "Text Point and Trajectory Data files"
. Click the Add Source button. This action will take you to the Point Data panel
. Select a delimiter of Space
. Click the down arrow three times. This action will scroll you to your data.
. At the bottom of the Point data panel, describe the fields. The first two are
lat and lon.
. Identify the third field with whatever name and unit you choose.
. Click OK. This action will take you to the Field Selector. You are now ready
to display your data.
. We successfully viewed the data with the Gridded Fields option, *Contour Plan
View*.

At this point you need to modify the contours:

. In the map view, click on field in question in the legend.
. This action will take you to the Displays tab of the dashboard.
. Click on the contour Change button.
. This action will bring forward the Contour Property Editor
. Choose a contour interval of 1E16
. Choose a base contour of 0
. Choose a Minimum Value of 3.77E19
. Choose a Maximum Value of 3.85E19
. Click OK

This action should result in the attached figure.

Please keep us up-to-date on your progress.

Best Wishes, Unidata IDV Support
