[IDV #SUO-994541]: Difficulties loading text file with date, lat, long, depth and Ml

Please see the video entitled "Unidata IDV Screencast 16 - Exploring Earthquake

This screencast will explain how to load data like these. I found that
defining the metadata was *very* tricky for these data.

Please see the attached figure for how to define the textual metadata.
