Hi Youssef, Sorry for the delayed response. We have been in meetings for the last couple of days. It is likely you have to set up some parameter aliases for temperature and mixing ratio corresponding to your WRF output. (From your WRF output I believe the fields in question are T2, QVAPOR(?)) https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/docs/userguide/tools/AliasEditor.html Also, if you have not done so already, the standard piece of advice we tell our users when working with WRF output in the IDV is to post-process the data with the UPP: http://www.dtcenter.org/wrf-nmm/users/overview/upp_overview.php If you are still having trouble, please upload a sample of your WRF output to http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload Best, Unidata IDV Support > Dears, > > Hope this finds you well.
