In order for the pqact(1) process to find the "decoders" directory, the PATH environment variable of the LDM user would have to contain the pathname "/home/ldm" or "." (it has neither). You can either replace "/home/ldm/decoders in the LDM user's PATH with "/home/ldm" and execute the command "ldmadmin restart", or remove "decoders/" from all the pqact(1) configuration-file entries and execute the command "ldmadmin pqactHUP".
