[netCDF #CNW-900337]: Manipulation of data netCDF

I think the NCO (NetCDF Operators) software does what you need:

  http://nco.sourceforge.net/

In particular, if you look at the ncrcat or ncecat documentation, for
concatenating
along either the record dimension or along a fixed dimension, you can determine
which of these to use:
