[netCDFJava #SBZ-133456]: [netcdf-java] Bug report: Variable name must be unique within Group

Hi Dave:

This is an interesting file. netcdf-4 but not using cf conventions. Do you know 
more about it? Can we find out if they have published conventions on it?
