[netCDF #KWT-441277]: netcdf-4.1.3 and inter fortran compiler

With version 4.1.3 and later releases, the Fortran library is no longer combined
with the C library, so you need to specify both when linking, as in

  ifort simple_xy_rd1.f90 -I${NETCDF_IFORT_PATH}/include 
-L${NETCDF_IFORT_PATH}/lib -lnetcdff -lnetcdf -o simple_xy_rd1

You can tell if you need this extra "-lnetcdff" argument by looking in the 
${NETCDF_IFORT_PATH}/lib
directory to see if there are extra libraries there for fortran, all of which 
contain the string
"libnetcdff".
