[netCDF #RYD-210585]: FW: jam NETCDF-4_Daily_Tests_0306Thu_FAILED!!!

I posted this note on the netcdf mailing group:

Some our (Unidata) test servers are undergoing
changes. If you attempt to run
the netcdf C library tests, then
you should make sure to use the
--disable-remote-tests with ./configure.

I will post another notice when we are
back to stable.
