[netCDF #JNZ-725110]: netcdf install error linux intel

Hello Abdoulaye,

Regarding the warning related to `libimf.so`; this is not a library directly 
used or linked against by libnetcdf, so I cannot provide any guidance related 
to it.  A web search suggests it is related to the intel compiler suite, which 
I notice you are using.  

Regarding the test failures, can you provide the file  ncgen3/test-suite.log, 
as well as the file config.log generated when you ran configure?
