[UDUNITS #PPU-703715]: bug when linking to libudunits2.1.13 + solution

Jisk,

The lastest UDUNITS-2 release should solve your problem.  You will have to link 
against an expat library (-lexpat).  The one bundled with the UDUNITS-2 package 
will be installed if your system doesn't have one.
