Hi Mike, Daryl, Jimmy C,I've attached the error message, sfcfil settings, station table, station data, and packing file for your reference.
Thanks for the ideas - unfortunately I am still getting the same error message when running sfedit. It seems as though the .gem file created doesn't have the hour, wind direction, and wind speed parameters, despite those being specified in the profiler.pack file (which I placed in the same directory as the common METAR.PACK).

Hi Dave,You might try changing the TIMSTN parameter, since I think that is the number of additional stations you can add to the file once its created.
