Re: [gembud] DCLSFC synoptic decoder

Yes James!  The station file must be the culprit!  The Philippines 
stations were decoded after using your station file.  I was using 
syworld.tbl, but I suppose there were bad characters in the file that 
caused DCLSFC to stop reading at some point.  Have you added new 
stations to the file?
