Good Friday LDMer's
I have an interesting logging difference between my machines..
both machines are identical, or so I thought, OS wise
CentOS 5.5 64bit
both are compiled with the same syslog.conf settings

local6.debug     /usr/local/ldm/logs/ldmd.log
*.err;kern.notice;auth.notice;user.none;local6.none     /dev/console
*.err;kern.debug;daemon.notice;mail.crit;user.none;local6.none     
/var/adm/messages

but one machine is logging everything the entire incoming stream,
whether it does anything with it or not example.

now my other machine all it does is the error messages or "child process exited with 
xxxxx"

I would prefer the complete log, as it helps a lot ..
has anybody seen this??
is one server missing software the other has ??
any enlightenment ??
