Hi Matt, The Java NEXRAD Tools package allows the export of Level-III (NIDS) and Level-II NEXRAD data to common GIS formats such as Shapefile, ASCII Grid, Gridded NetCDF and GeoTIFF. The data export tool can be run with a GUI or command-line. http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/radar/jnx/index.php Please let me know if you have any questions.
